By subscribing to or using RxLine you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree you should not use the service.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RxLine platform and services provided by RxLine Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. The service

RxLine provides an AI voice agent platform that answers inbound telephone calls on behalf of pharmacy and healthcare businesses. The service includes call handling, prescription status checks, stock query responses, appointment booking, call transfer, out-of-hours message capture, and access to a call analytics dashboard.

The specific features available depend on the subscription plan selected.

3. Subscription and payment

RxLine is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Fees are as published on our website at rxline.co.uk at the time of subscription.

4. Free trial

New clients receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial period your subscription will begin unless you notify us that you do not wish to continue. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

We aim to provide a reliable and available service at all times. However we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third party infrastructure providers including Retell AI or telecommunications providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law RxLine Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including lost revenue, lost patients, or reputational damage arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated responses where those responses are based on information you have provided that is incomplete or out of date.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the RxLine platform including software, design, and content are owned by RxLine Ltd. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business purposes.

10. Data protection

Both parties agree to comply with UK GDPR and all applicable data protection legislation. RxLine acts as a data processor on your behalf. A Data Processing Agreement will be provided to all clients and must be signed before the service goes live. Our Privacy Policy is available at rxline.co.uk/privacy.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that creates legal or regulatory risk for RxLine Ltd.

On termination we will provide you with your call data and records within 14 days. After 30 days all data will be securely deleted.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
